During your free 20-minute Personal Training or Nutrition consultation...or BOTH! I will be taking notes as I observe and guide you through a series of static and dynamic exercises to identify any postural distortions, posture, core stability, and neuromuscular control of the whole body.
The general purposes of conducting physiological assessments are to collect baseline data to help me develop a personalized exercise program for you!
For the Personal Training consultation, a Health Risk Assessment will be emailed to you to fill out and email back before we meet.
